Ingredients: 2 Package(s) instant vanilla pudding 1 Pint(s) heavy cream 1 Cup(s) milk 2 Teaspoon(s) (divided) vanilla extract 1 Can(s) chocolate frosting |
Directions:
In a medium saucepan put water and butter, and bring to a boil melting butter, remove from heat and add flour. Stir to form a ball. Add 1 egg at a time beating mixture in between each egg addition. Spray Pam on a round pizza pan. Drop mixture by spoonful on pan to form a ring. Place in preheated 450 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Shut oven off, leave pastry in over for 10 more minutes, remove to cool.
Mix pudding, heavy cream, milk, 1 tsp.vanilla, beating until thick, and creamy. Set aside.
Cut pastry ring to form a top and a bottom. Fill bottom of ring with mixture, place the top back on. In the microwave, heat frosting and 1 tsp. vanilla until mixture is able to be drizzled over ring (45-50 seconds). Drizzle over entire ring, you will only use 1/2 can of frosting
