Planning Board public meeting to rezone Humarock business district
A continuation of discussion concerning the drafting of a proposal to rezone the 12 acres in the Humarock Beach general business zone will be held at 7:00 pm at the Scituate Town Hall. The actual proposal to allow 100 to 120 condominiums with mixed uses will be presented at the annual town meeting on March 3, 2007. The Scituate Planning Board has taken on the challenge to craft a proposal which will deal with a multitude of concerns and still preserve the character of Humarock as a largely single family home community.
